Store Credit

We appreciate your business here at Hartz Honey Hole and welcome all qualifying returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.  

Sale Loft Items

This category is ALL SALES final. The prices are priced as marked and no additional coupons may be applied to this category as we price these items at the lowest price allowed.

Non Qualifying Items

Items which contain any of the following (the smell of smoke, pet or body odor, has been washed or worn, has stains or pet hair, has a broken seal, or has been used), are considered damaged and do not qualify for return or exchange.  Item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Food Products are nonrefundable. 

Shoe Return

If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Unfortunately, other customers do not want shoes that look used and damage to the shoe box may occur, making the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 business days and you will receive a store credit via email.  You will be able to use the store credit on any future purchases.  Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Changes to Order

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 870-247-2404 after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 am-5:30 pm CST, Saturday from 10:00 am-4:00 pm, and closed on some holidays.  If it is during non-business hours, please email us at hartzhoneyhole@gmail.com.  Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate any request; however, once it has been sent to the warehouse, we may not be able to do so.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
